How could you not? When you hear our national anthem? Or upon hearing of the men whom fought and died to protect you and your freedom, do you stand? Stand out of respect and gratitude? Stand for pride in America. Is the only time you stand at ball games!?
If you don't stand, why not. What do you stand for? Are you crippled? Perhaps in your mind? Are you an alien whom has come here to make America a shithole like the country you escaped from?
